- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
