Then drain and set aside.In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice. Cook until the rice is 70% done. Drain and set aside.In a pan, heat the ghee and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Continue to sauté until the raw smell disappears.Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they become soft.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Stir well.Add the peeled prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.Add yogurt, fresh coriander, and mint leaves.
